step1 :

Application for admission

Before submitting an application for admission, please ensure that you have the financial capacity to
study in Canada by consulting the following link :
 https://www.quebec.ca/education/etudier-quebec

To start your admission, you must first make your choice of programs:

DEP

  • Accounting
  • Secretariat
  • Pharmacy Technical Assistance

Then, you must compile your admission file, which must include :

  1. Birth certificate
  2. Copy of latest transcripts,
  3. Copy of latest diploma
  4. Copy of passport
  5. Copy of the certificate of transfer of your admission and pre-registration fees

Pay online

You then have the choice between sending it to us by email : admission@collegecsm.com or by submitting it online  Prerequisites and admission conditions

Once this step is completed, we will send you your admission letter.

step2 :

Application for a Quebec Acceptance Certificate (CAQ)

After receiving the admission letter, you are invited to complete the following steps on the official
Canadian immigration website to receive your CAQ.

Phase 1 : Fill in the following form: https://www.quebec.ca/education/etudier-quebec.

Phase 2 : Make the payment of the CAQ Fees through a link that you will receive by email at the end of phase 1. The fees are $120.

Phase 3 : At the end of the payment, you will receive a letter of commitment that you must attach to
your admission letter and your passport in your account on the site: : https://www.quebec.ca/education/etudier-quebec.

After completing all the above phases, you should receive between 2 to 4 weeks a letter indicating a
favorable response to attach to your study permit application file.

step3 :

Study permit

After the issuance of the CAQ by the Ministry of Immigration, Diversity and Inclusion of Quebec, you must submit an application for a study permit at the closest Canadian visa application processing center.

step4 :

Preparation before your departure

Once your study permit is granted, we offer you tailor-made support for the smooth running of your arrival.

Our services:

  • Insurance :

Subscription to health insurance is mandatory for international students in Canada. Therefore, it is necessary to make your subscription before your arrival or directly upon your arrival to the College.

This insurance is designed to meet your medical needs and ensure coverage when you need it.

  • Reception assistance :

To welcome you at the airport, it is imperative to send your plane ticket to your admissionscounselor 2 weeks in advance to ensure your shuttle to your destination.

  • Rent assistance :

We provide you with accommodation on your arrival, subject to informing your adviser, 4 weeks in advance to confirm the accommodation reservation.

step5 :

Arrival to Canada

Upon your arrival, we invite you to go to the Collège Supérieur de Montréal to submit your physical file to the registrar. Our team will inform you of the course schedule and will send you your student card.
