The Information Technology Support program trains learners to work effectively with users and IT systems. They develop skills in installing, configuring, and maintaining workstations, software, and peripherals.
They also learn to diagnose and resolve technical problems, ensure data security, and provide quality customer service.
Upon completion of the training, graduates are able to provide comprehensive technical support for both hardware and software and actively contribute to the smooth operation of corporate IT environments.
There are two options for submitting your application:

Come directly to the CSM with the following documents:
• A debit or credit card to pay the $50 eligibility fee and $200 registration fee.
• Your birth certificate
• Your RAMQ card (if it does not have a photo, also include your driver’s license)
• Your high school transcript or diploma
By email :

Eligibility
Hold a high school diploma or its recognized equivalent (e.g., educational equivalency certificate) or a post-secondary diploma, such as a college diploma or bachelor’s degree, and have a French language proficiency level of B1 or higher.
